Hi! We dont do COVID testings at our hotel but there are a options near us. About the transport from the airport, it has a cost of $2,300 mxn and its on a privet shuttle for 5 people.

how do arrange for a shuttle from the airport

At what time do you arrive?

It says that check-in hours are between 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. We will arrive Cancun Airport at 10:15PM and probably arrive the hotel between 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM. Isn't it possible to check in after midnight?

Hi! Sure you can, you just need to send a confirmation regarding your arrival time. After 11:00 pm our entrances is closed but there is always some one in reception ready to open the door as soon as the doorbell rings.

How far from airport

Tulum is 2 hours away from Cancun airport.

It says room for 3. is there a pull out bed or do we all sleep in the king sized bed?

For tonight we only have a room with two double beds.

Good
Right in the centre of Tulum! Close to ADO station and all amenities. Cool set up. Even though it is central, it was calm and quiet at night and never had any issues with noise or loud music. Water dispenser available and free coffee throughout the morning.
As a suggestion, the A/Cs need changing as quite old and they need to be cleaned more often. The bathroom faucet needs to be changed to a proper one not like the ones you find in a garden.

Corazon de Jade is a nice place, the stuff gives you all the infos you need and recomend very good resturants near by!
just a bit brtter lights inside the room. it was a bit too dark!

Wonderful
Location, close you ADO and city centre Spacious room with beautiful quite balcony looking immerse in forest. Table and chair on the balcony to enjoy breakfast Comfortable bed Complimentary light breakfast served at reception with coffee and tea, fruits and some croissant. Water station available all day at reception (cold and hot water) Fridge available in the room Staff is very smiling (expecially the lady at reception) and helpful. They accept dollars at the market exchange rate (not common at all) so dont take advantage of the conversion fee. Very honest of them!
There are no mosquito nets, the room was contantly full of mosquitos cause they enter everytime you open the window for a couple of seconds :( Walls look quite dirty, a refreshing every now and then would make the trick. Room lighting should be improoved. Did not like the toiletries, but just a personal taste
